The workforce apartments at Allora Wallace Park are restricted to those households with 80% of Area Median Income (AMI). AMI is calculated annually by the U.S. Department of Housing and Development (HUD) and is the combined average household income for the area.

Download the Release of Information and Tenant Income Certification, and submit these with your application. Once received, our team will submit all screening documents to the City of Charlotte for review and contact you with next steps.
