Affordable Housing

Limited one- and two-bedroom rentals available through the Workforce Housing program. The workforce apartments at Wallace Park are restricted to those households with 80% of Area Median Income (AMI). AMI is calculated annually by the U.S. Department of Housing and Development (HUD) and is the combined average household income for the area.
